James is happily back in Spain, enjoying much cooler temperatures, the peace of the mountains and Mundo Sundaram, where he is happiest. I will be joining him in a few weeks. He is doing very well medically since his heart surgeries earlier this year, and we are looking forward to the teaching events coming up this year - Berkeley, Trout Lake and Spain.
Plus, Ramji will be resuming the regular Zoom satsangs this Sunday, at the usual time. James currently works on the topic, but as you all know, whatever he talks about will be beneficial! So tune in, don’t miss out.

1. Recap of the Bali Event 2024:
The Bali seminar was a great success in many ways, and everyone who attended loved it. James produced his inimitable brilliance, as he always does, despite suffering a touch of heat exhaustion and jetlag. Nothing keeps him from giving his very best when it comes to teaching Vedanta. An interesting development for me was my first teaching of a small section of the Tripura Rahasya text, which went well. I plan to teach the whole text at my next seminar in Bali, as well as online as a year course. Dates are posted on the website for the next seminar, and more details on the online course will be available soon.
The collaboration in teaching with John Baxter, Lucua from South Africa, and myself worked very well In Bali, as did excellent contributions from Dave Reid, Lisa Baxter and Susan Barlettani who have mastered nonduality and are great communicators. Many other attendees joined in too, asking excellent questions which added so much to the flow of knowledge. Our new model of making the teachings interactive is a winning formula, it seems, and one we intend to expand on. We also want to honor Dave for his invaluable help with everything technical and website related, as well as the big job of filming the teaching sessions in greatly improved resolution. We cannot thank you enough!
The venue was lovely, well organized and worked very well. The beauty of Uluwatu, despite being such a busy tourist destination, imparted its island allure and spiritual roots generously. In Bali there is something for most people. We enjoyed two excursions to cultural and spiritual centers which were not only symbolically interesting but also entertaining, particularly our visit to Uluwatu Temple and the Kecak dancers. I am hosting another seminar in Bali later this year and early next year. As beautiful as Uluwatu is, it is very busy, being on the coast. So this time I have found a venue nearer the mountains where it is not only cooler and much more sattvic, but also much cheaper than the coast (more details below). Bali is too hot for Ramji but I am hoping that other teachers will join me.
