Ben’s direct and powerful nididhysana meditation is a simple and practical tool with which to tackle nididhysana, the difficult last stage of inquiry, one we highly recommend. Ben has suggested we turn the meditation process into a booklet, which we think is a great idea. We will keep everyone informed.
