Hello Everyone,
The satsang in Spain is going well and everyone is immersed in Ramji’s detailed unfolding of the powerful text by Shankara, Aparoshanubhuti. It is a privilege to witness how the group attending satsang comes together in the shakti of Self-knowledge that these great teachings always generate. Hopefully everyone will take away a firm conviction of their true identity as the Self, and leave lighter than when they arrived. Ramji of course is on his A game, as is to be expected!

5. A Guide to Online Learning (śravaṇam)
Georg had gathered the following: a list of ways to make the most out of online śravaṇam in order to discover your true self!
- **Minimize Distractions**: Avoid multitasking: Set up your laptop and phone so that you won't be distracted.
- **Video and Speaker View**: Keep your video on for interaction and use speaker view to avoid watching the participants instead of the teacher.
- **Commit to Learning**: Śravaṇam is not casual entertainment; it requires commitment. Join classes regularly and on time.
- **Focus Exclusively**: Stay muted unless speaking and avoid private chats during class. Only a silent, non-projecting mind can learn.
- **Ask Questions Thoughtfully**: Wait until after the class to ask questions, as they might be addressed during the session.
- **Note-taking**: Limit notes during class to focus on listening. You can take detailed notes later.
- **Recorded Classes**: If time zones clash, recorded sessions are a good alternative if you have a connection with the teacher.
- **Meet Your Teacher**: Meet the teacher in person when possible and attend Vedānta seminars for advanced study.
- **Reflect on Vedānta**: Continuously think about your life in light of Vedānta. The teacher’s goal is to help you understand and discover your true nature.
